Please read these Terms carefully before using Mocklix AI. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mocklix AI — including our website, web application, and mobile applications — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Account & Eligibility
To use Mocklix AI, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country if higher)
- Provide accurate registration information including a valid email address
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials — you are solely responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access
3. Subscription, Billing & Credits
Subscription Plans
- Pro and Max plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe (web) or Razorpay (India), or through Apple/Google in-app purchases
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices may be updated with at least 30 days notice — your existing billing period will not be affected
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Profile → Billing & Subscription
- Upon cancellation, your benefits remain active until the end of the current paid period — no immediate access cut-off
- For IAP subscriptions (App Store / Google Play), cancellation must be done through your device subscription settings
AI Credits
- Credits are consumed for AI-intensive features: code evaluation, mock interview reports, quiz generation
- Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over
- Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once consumed
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Mocklix AI only for its intended educational purpose. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code or AI models from the platform
- Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, copy, or aggregate content
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or trial restrictions
- Submitting abusive, harmful, illegal, or offensive content in interview prompts or support tickets
- Impersonating another user, company, or Mocklix AI staff
- Attempting to exploit or probe security vulnerabilities without explicit permission
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing platform content or access
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Mocklix AI — including lab modules, quiz questions, flashcard decks, UI designs, branding, and AI-generated feedback — is the intellectual property of Mocklix AI or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You may use platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission
- Content you create (e.g., code you write in labs) remains yours — we do not claim ownership of your original work
6. Liability & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability
Mocklix AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mocklix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
